Privacy Policy

KeyScout is made by SavvyTech Consulting LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and what we don't.

Your API keys

Your keys are stored in an encrypted vault on your own computer. They are never sent to us. We never see your keys or your master password, and we cannot recover a lost master password.

If you turn on optional Cloud Mode (when available), your cloud vault is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded, so we cannot read it. Turning Cloud Mode off lets you delete the cloud copy. Cloud data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our hosting provider.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the date you joined and your country (from Cloudflare's network), used only to tell you when KeyScout launches.
• Purchases (when billing is live): payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We receive your email, plan and license status, never your full card number.
• Support emails: whatever you choose to send us.

What the app does on its own

The app runs on your Mac at 127.0.0.1 and is not reachable from the internet. It downloads public catalog updates. Its daily key check contacts each provider directly using read-only, no-cost endpoints. Those requests go from your computer to the provider, not through us.

Partner links

Some sign-up buttons are partner links. When you click one, the provider or its affiliate network may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Email savvytechconsult@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date above, and email paying customers about material changes.
