Refund Policy

• 14-day refund on your first payment. If KeyScout isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep paid features until the end of the current month. We don't refund partial months after the first 14 days.
• Billing mistakes such as a double charge are always refunded.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
